If a shard is taken down permanently, it would be great of we can retain the history of the shard's existence by listing the "Type" as "Canceled" or something final-sounding like that.  "Down" could mean something more temporary.  JWPlatt 18:40, 25 September 2012 (MDT)

I'd like some clarification on the legitimacy of this shard.  Aside from the fact that TOC also runs an Alcugs/UU (non-open source) shard which could be confusing to users, I understand that features of "TOC-MOUL" such as modified Gahreesen Wall, City of Dimensions, etc., break Cyan's EULA on content.  As this would be inconsistent with the requirement the shards listed here are "run in accordance with Cyan's content licensing rules", I would propose striking this shard from the register until there is either a license that permits those modifications or the shard conforms to the current license. --Mac Fife (talk) 09:34, 19 March 2013 (MDT)

The Open Cave
