In Memoriam: Tai'lahr

Restructuration

I suggest changing the structure of this document. Since its title is "Distribution Specific Instructions", I propose that we provide instructions with sections no longer pertaining to the appropriate step, but to the appropriate distribution, e.g.: 

== Linux - CentOS ==
== Linux - Ubuntu ==
== MacOS X ==
== NetBSD ==

And so on. I will begin this restructuration tonight, but if anybody feels strongly against it, I will cease. --Lyrositor 15:28, 15 February 2012 (MST)
